the worm is a 4 page comic i entered into the observer's graphic short story prize 2020,
which won the runner-up position and was published online in the guardian.
i started creating artwork for riso printing relatively recently and it's a process i really enjoy. all of these prints are available in my etsy shop.
this is a digital version of my "caterpillar soup" riso printed concertina zine. the printed version features a (mostly) scientific description of what happens in the chrysalis when a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly.
the mammatocumulus rug
the mammatocumulus rug is a graphic short story i created in april 2020, and these are a few of my favourite illustrations from it. the full 23 page book can be purchased in my etsy shop.
the alphabert is a series of ink portraits i created for inktober 2019. i have also written a very short story for each one, and the whole set can be purchased as a 40-page book in my etsy shop.
traditional and digital illustration
here is a selection of some of my traditional and digital illustration from the past few years. i practise a lot of different styles and mediums and draw most days, so this is by no means an extensive portfolio compared to the amount of stuff i create, but just some of my favourites.
put on your 3d glasses now!
for inktober 2018 I created a selection of imaginary plants and creatures.
in october 2017 i did inktober for the first time, where i created a different ink illustration each day. it was very hit and miss,
so here are just some of the hits.
